Heated Power Flow (All Levels)

A challenging and dynamic sequence of postures to work the entire body and build strength and flexibility while providing a profound release. Suitable for all levels of practice. The class will be heated between 90-95 degrees with 45-55% humidity.

Hot Vinyasa Flow

All Levels (90-95 degrees, 40-50% Humidity)

This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In a Hot Vinyasa class, the students develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as they increase physical strength, stamina, flexibility and overall health through a dynamic practice of continuous movement that helps rid and flush the body of wastes and toxins, thus cleansing and purifying it.

Warm Vinyasa Flow

All Levels( 80-85 degrees, 30-40% Humidity)

This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In a Warm Vinyasa class, the students develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as they increase physical strength, stamina, flexibility and overall health through a dynamic practice of continuous movement that helps rid and flush the body of wastes and toxins, thus cleansing and purifying it.

Power Hour (Hot)

Our 90 minute Power Flow class condensed into a fast moving, non-stop, hour long format. (60 minutes/HOT)

Same Flow (Hot)

Arrive a bit early and allow your muscles to warm up in the heated room while you relax to the sounds of soothing music before class begins. Then learn a series of poses that always repeat in the same order. A great way to tone, strengthen and release stress. Come check out “Same Flow”.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a practice of long-held, deeply relaxing “stretching” poses that can seem quite unchallenging or passive. Yet, yin practice can be quite difficult due to the long duration of the holds — anywhere from one to ten minutes! Focusing on long-held seated or supine poses combined with attention to the breath, Yin Yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body – often in the hips, pelvis, and low back, which can be difficult to open and result in both limited flexibility and stagnant energy. This deep practice is gentle, yet challenging, helping students to promote greater mobility in the joints and connective tissues, and cultivate the ability to observe and stay with sensation. With a calm state of mind and enlivened energy, we will complete the practice with meditation and relaxation, resulting in a restorative and rejuvenating practice.

Pilates Mat Classes

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Core Fire N’ Flow Vinyasa Yoga

This is a Vinyasa based flow class with an infusion of Pilates matwork basic principles.  Using a combination of balance-challenging static holds and core-activating movements, this class promotes muscular strength, flexibility, and postural control. Mindfulness and awareness of breath are combined to allow the body to go deeper into the poses. The Yoga – Pilates fusion experience emphasizes unity between the mind and body to encourage greater body awareness, greater core awareness and strength.
